The sanctrians are the human government that controls 42 planets that are owned to humanity. they are a tier 4.2 species, however they are influenced by their greater cousins the Arcams (a tier 1.8 species)
Lore: After the Sanctrian takeover was completed . the Sanctrians continued research of the Slip-space Drive eventual succeeding the first version of it, attracting the Coalition to humanity, however the Arcams were able to get to earth and leave before the first of the Cryoians showed into orbit, in their short time the Arcams gave the Schematics of their latest weaponry, in case of this coalition where hostel, but of course the coliation wanted to add humanity to their collection.
